The creative who turns Vision into momentum
What makes me different
I don't stop at naming a problem. I sit inside the business context first: who's affected, what the process actually looks like today, where the friction lives. Only then do I move toward a solution.
That's the thread across my work: requirements gathering that's grounded in real stakeholder conversations, workflows mapped before they're built, and KPI dashboards designed to be read, not just displayed. I use AI where it genuinely speeds up analysis and delivery, not as a shortcut around understanding the problem.
Business requirements become functional specs, user stories, and BPMN process maps that development and delivery teams can actually act on.
From TrackMate's ticket lifecycle to LocKFU's reservation flow, I design for how the system will actually be used, not just how it's specified.
Operations, IT, management, delivery teams: cross-functional collaboration is where requirements meet reality, and I stay close to it.
Selected work
Two projects, two very different problems: a national telecom's customer complaint tracking system, and a campus-wide smart locker network. Both started the same way, with a requirement no one had fully mapped yet.
An end-to-end customer complaint tracking solution for stc, from mobile self-service to an agent-facing web dashboard, built around a clear ticket lifecycle.
